New Orchid Trading Website

Earlier this week I found out about a new orchid website, Orchid Market, which allows Australian growers to buy and sell plants directly from each other as an alternative to eBay and Gumtree. It also includes a “Wanted” section where people can post requests for plants that they are looking for. Signup is free and there are no fees on plant sales (payment and shipping/collection must be handled privately between buyer and seller).

Christoff Mans, the site owner, is himself an orchid enthusiast and decided to set up the site in the hopes that other enthusiasts will find it useful. He is still actively developing the site and welcomes feedback and suggestions for improvements. Please check it out and if you have plants you were thinking of selling, consider listing them there!
